La Morena “WHEAT BEER” is a german style high fermentation craft beer, 50% Wheat 50% Malted Barley. Pale blonde colour, with prolonged dense foam of fine bubbles. Unfiltered, hence turbid once poured. Light fruity flavor and a bit acid. Shades of bread, banana, spices, clove and vanilla. It is a lively beer, with traces of yeast as sediment that enhace the fruit flavor and make it more turbid.
